Returns & Exchanges Policy

phxpeddental accepts returns and exchanges if purchased within 15 days of receiving the products. All products must meet the return and exchange policy written below. We do not accept returns on compression gear due to hygiene concerns

Return and Refund policy (eligible for refund):

• Products must be UNUSED. No visible soil, stains, sweat, or any unusual odors must be noted upon return.
• Returned product must be in NEW condition. No visible damages/ fading to the fabric or printing should be noted. 
• Other included items such as stickers and welcome letter must be sent back with the product (If you choose to purchase another item, you will be given a new set of included items)
• If product is determined to be in a sellable condition, a refund will be issued approximately 3-5 business days.
• Due to fabric quantities on LIMITED EDITION ITEMS - there are no returns or exchanges with these products

Exchange policy:

• If exchanging a product, the previous purchased product must be in a new and unused condition.
• There will be a $10 restocking fee for every product being exchanged
• Shipment of the new exchanged product will be charged to the company
• Return shipping fee is solely dependent upon the customer
